We activated a "Micro-Influencer Swarm." Instead of hiring one celebrity, we partnered with 25 micro-influencers (10k–50k followers) who had highly engaged, fashion-forward audiences. We coordinated them to post "unboxing" Reels and "Outfit of the Day" photos on the exact same launch day to dominate the feed.

The Challenge
A productivity app was struggling to lower its Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through traditional Facebook ads. Users were skeptical of the claims made in the ads and needed social proof.
The Strategy
We shifted the budget to Tech YouTubers and Productivity TikTok creators for deep-dive tutorials. Rather than just mentioning the brand, influencers showed how they integrated the app into their actual daily workflow to solve specific problems. We provided unique discount codes to track attribution.

A new artisanal coffee chain opening its flagship location in a competitive city needed to drive physical foot traffic on opening weekend.
The Strategy
We bypassed global influencers and recruited 10 local "Lifestyle & Foodie" creators who lived within a 5-mile radius of the shop. We hosted an exclusive VIP tasting event for them two days before the public opening, encouraging them to share "Behind the Scenes" stories and location tags.
